Bosa is out, James is suspended, Slater is out, Alt is questionable, half the CBs are questionable or worse, Colson is out. Herbert is stupidly trying to play on a high ankle sprain.

I agree. Only once in his last six games has Mahomes beat the Chargers by more than 6 (and actually lost once)

They just feel like a game the Chiefs will screw around with and not put away. But I still wouldn't bet it for reasons Gr00vus states

Yes. Mahomes sailed one badly and INT. During the return (I believe) Rice slapped the ball out and Mahomes dove for it inadvertently taking out Rice’s legs.

I hate the touchback rule, too. But if a player out of bounds touches the ball it's out of bounds. Not sure why it would work any other way.
