One of the reasons I was surprised Denver signed Flacco is he largely didn't really mentor Lamar Jackson. When it was asked if he would work with Drew lock, he said "I'm not here to mentor other guys"...

I mean the other reason is Eli Manning was better and he got benched, but ehhh why sign a guy who won't even work with your other QBs?
