Coach Marvin Lewis said Monday that his decision to deactivate WR Chris Henry last week was due to both off-field and on-field issues.
Asked whether he noticed a difference without Henry on the field, the coach said yes but then answered surprisingly. "I didn't have anybody taunting, in anybody's face or anything like that," Lewis said. "That's where I noticed the difference: Guys doing it the way they're asked to do it. I didn't have to worry about the guy taking off his helmet on the field and things like that. Down the line, we could have some tough decisions on who's going to get suited up on this team."
