What's the delio on this guy? Why hasn't Goodell suspended this guy already? Or banned him for life like I thought was going to happen if he screwed up again? I'm trying to decide whether to drop this guy in a dynasty league for a player I'd likely take in an upcoming rookie draft (4th round). Or I could keep him and stash him away with the hopes that maybe he only gets another year's suspension and could play in 2009. Right now I'm leaning towards cutting his sorry ###. Anyone holding him?

I am still holding onto him till i hear of his fate. Its a real long shot but i am hoping he doesnt get suspended and gets picked up by a team like Seattle. Like i said its a real long shot but you can always hope.

If I recall correctly, he has a meeting with Goodell approaching, and a court date in June.

I'm holding him on 3 rosters, thinking he has a better than 50/50 shot of getting onto the playing field this year.

We had to declare our keepers by the 15th and he was an easy choice to cut. That said, he's in the top 30 WR prospects for our upcoming draft and I can afford to swing and miss as my team is already well-filled out and I've got a lot of early round picks. I may very well draft him back onto my team.

Chris Henry? My first thought is million dollar talent... 10 cent head. Physical ability fades over time... that 10 cent head scares me. Its sad but the most appropriate thread for a Chris Henry discussion would be called "Under Achievers who squandered their God-given ability". Henry is just one of these guys that can't stay out of trouble.

I agree. He is an idiot. But there are plenty of idiots playing in the NFL right now and he just might get another chance in 2009 unless Goodell decides to make a definitive example of him (which I believe he should) and ban him for life. But if he only suspends him one year this guy could be valuable on a deep roster. After all you don't count on much from your 26th rostered player anyway, right? So why not hold him until Goodell makes his decision, whenever that is?
