Cincinnati at Pittsburgh - AFC North Championship (1 Viewer)

What happened on the bench to get the penalty?
Saw the one coach screaming at the ref
Ahhh, thanks.
He was arguing it was a face mask on the tackle.
Or a hit out of bounds maybe?
It did seem late.

Why was Nelson in Tomlins ear?
Looked more like Tomlin took exception to something Nelson said innocuously. Tomlin's a hothead, too.

Contact was initiated in bounds and he drove the receiver out...close play but seemed ok

As someone who's seen Steeler linebackers grab QB facemasks and swing like a kid on a rope, seen Hines Ward break jaws with cheap shots and generally seen Steeler players like James Harrison go over the line repeatedly, Mike Tomlin can go get ####ed if he's jawing at Reggie Nelson for that hit.

Live by the sword, die by the sword Mike.

Tomlin's a tool and I say that as a Steeler fan. That hit was clean and he himself has don dirty things.

And never forget the hit on Palmer

Don't get me started. Until Nelson took out Miller's knee (the same week the Steelers' James Harrison suggested that if the refs were going to keep flagging him and the league was going to keep fining him when he went to the head he'd have to start taking guys out at the knees, btw) it was one-way traffic for thirty years in terms of who got hurt and who did the hurting in the Steelers/Bengals series.

Now that the knee brace is on the other leg Tomlin doesn't care for it very much.

A lot of returners would have burned by or around a bumbling Tomlin on the sideline. An injured Jacoby Jones vaulted people on Dancing with the Stars, by gosh. That whole thing was overblown.

After Harbaugh's team beat the Titans this season the week after the carnage in Pittsburgh, I found Harbaugh's celebration in the Ravens locker room to be psychotic. How did a win against Tennessee cause such glee? Oh, and nice job containing Connor Shaw and dominating that Browns D-line in a meaningless game for Cleveland today until the Browns buckled in the 4th quarter. Maybe the Ravens ought to be glad they don't have to play Houston again.

Steelers play and hit hard - always have.

Within the rules more than most but not always. Suh is dirty - there is a difference. Clark was a launcher and Harrison, Troy and Rod Woodson (amongst others) were so physically dominant and aggressive that opposing players did oft get injured. But Hines Ward blocking on offense was simply better than your guy. LB, CB, S and even DE's got stoned by his blocks ALL THE TIME. It's not his fault he's tougher - it's why he should and I think will be in the HOF.

Your guy didn't do anything wrong - some #### got talked in the heat of the moment and here we are.
