I think it's a good idea, but there is at least one owner there who didn't really follow war protocol and has already been ejected and banned from 2 different FBG clans.

As long as the guys who opt in are cool with following protocol, I like the idea, if not...they can go start a clan with their coworkers or something

I think thats a smart idea for you guys. Also, it'd be nice for those of us in FBG1 to be able to drop in and then just opt out of wars while on vacation, but still be able to get sufficient troop donations for defense. I know last week when I was in Boog it was pretty difficult to fill my CC in a timely manner.

when you start war you can toggle the person out of the war as a co or leader.

Both. Player can do it as can the leaders for the player.

They are smoking us on TH10s right now. They have sent out more TH10 attacks than us by far. Really need to encourage our guys with max TH9 attacks with no target to hit higher so we can walk up the ladder and get caught up in the TH10 range.

Yeah, to clarify. Instead of trying to have a single war that make both the "casual" and the "more serious" crowds happy. We are going to implement multiple wars that are specific to the type of player you are!

You ultimately decide.

After this war we are all headed over to FBG2

Search clans for FBG2 and join up when ready (although if you want, stick around for this war if you want to see a few example attacks).

I'll help ya through wars. As long as you can take a bit of direction and try your best to follow it no one ever gives a rip in CoC (at least, not in Quattro).

I'll give ya blueprint before your next war attack, just follow it as best you can do.

ETA: I only tossed ya last week because you didn't use clashcaller to line up your war attack, you attack my target that I had built an army for And then donated some random stuff I didn't ask for for my CC when I made a specific request. I'll get you back on the hog next war and keep you aiming straight at the Level 6 cannon.

I mostly just ask for "anything." I'll happily take a dragon or pekka. Dragon especially as I'm usually airborne. I'm Myk, btw.

War when you want, just make sure that if you do, you follow the gameplan regarding Clashcaller. And if you're newer to war attacks, just be open to some guidance.

I think your next priority needs to be level 3 dragons, that's the sweet spot for attacking at TH8.

Well, the two clans are merging. For whatever reason, we're merging into FBG2. Doesn't really matter which one it is.

Except I just realized we have 160 xp on the line in this war which early signs are that we're going to win, so maybe we should consolidate to FBG4 rather than lose that.

Honda's at about 40/50 right now. We're adjusting to one serious war (Thursday 4PT kickoff) and 2 practice wars- no caller, attacks not motivated by earning stars, arch/wiz defensive CC, heroes being upgraded type stuff while picking up a few extra XP. Looking like sunday and tuesday kickoffs for those.

Well, the two clans are merging. For whatever reason, we're merging into FBG2. Doesn't really matter which one it is.

Except I just realized we have 160 xp on the line in this war which early signs are that we're going to win, so maybe we should consolidate to FBG4 rather than lose that.

Finish your war. No rush. Then we can decide where to go from there. I'm open to anything, but I think most liked the FBG2 "brand". EY has some amazing ideas on the new badge.

Ha! I honestly don't think its drama at all. Pretty clear what needs to be done in my book. It's been said a thousand times in this thread that nobody cares if you aren't good at the game as long as you seek/take advice to try to learn.

The four members I mentioned have maybe 3 starred a base a total of five times the last three months and have probably chatted a total of five times in those last three months.

You can suck but ask for advice and stay forever. You can be decent and never ask for advice and stay forever. You can't do both.

If I remember correctly three of the members I mentioned came from the boog so they've been in an fbg clan for a very long time and still fall into the stink/no advice category. If we booted them, would anybody even notice? Doubtful so just do it imo and move on. Can't be the only one thinking it.

Maybe. I think the next few weeks we see some just god awful clans out there trying to get clan xp. We can put the guys SMN suggested on a suspension/watch list by opting them out. I'm in agreement those 4 need some time to regroup. The one we kicked today just never could get with the program, not ready to write anybody else off yet.

Regarding the clan unification: Boog has several low activity accounts that are probably not be aware of our merge idea. It would be sad to suddenly leave them clanless if we folded. And even though we have fewer members it may take some time to get everybody up and moving.

Also, for numbering purposes, it makes a bit more sense to retain fbg2 since football guys would have 3 clans, not 4.

But I totally understand not wanting to discard war XP. The only consolation I might be able to offer is that we should win back that XP quickly post-merge with larger wars.

Just my thoughts.

Just a FYI. A 50 person clan can lose and get more XP than a 25 person clan in a win. Just putting some perspective around that. That seems a little off to me. The clans that really stand to benefit here are clans without loads of TH10 so you can reasonably 1 star everyone even with your TH8 drag rush.

For the record I have no real problem with people who suck and don't want to take advice as long as they are active.
