Its starting to get stale for me. I find myself logging on less and less and caring less and less.

Im not quitting, but Im not sure how much time I have left and I have not been grinding heroes. Up to this week, I have not had to wait more than a day or two to put my AQ down after she wakes. But Im still 25,000 de short

Did a drag attack for two stars on a middling TH10 but man, is that a drain to elix. Forgot about that part. I dont even have enough elix right now to build dragons for a second attack thanks to no loot bonus in my attack this morning

I'm right there with you. I've been grinding away at heroes as a TH9 for 3-4 months and getting burnt out. I should finish off 30/30 heroes by the end of the month and move to TH10 at which point I'm going to take a break. I'll do just enough to keep the lab upgrades going and start to reduce the amount of time I play. Hoping to regain some interest with the down time and TH10 level troops.

But that's the thing, the troops you get at TH10 don't really set the world on fire for me. Not like you get a new troop, get a decent bump for some but really just feel like you're playing out the string. Hero's are what make a difference and extra troop spaces.

Yep, the only major offensive difference at TH10 is freeze. The rest is minor upgrades in quantity/strength of the stuff you already have at TH9.

25 troop spots + 1 spell is a pretty big deal

I'd love to know how much of their revenue comes from modders. I would guess a lot, which explains why they don't want to alienate them.

Well they report earnings. And from that you get the user base and the revenue and can make some per user calculations.

I would think modders/botters earn them less money. From what I gather the botters script accounts and sell them on places like peopleme by the dozens at pennies on the dollar to the gem totals. A continually sniping champs bot can supposedly max out an account in about 20 weeks at a cost of roughly $80 in time gemming and other things and sell it for close to $600.

If more people really knew that you could buy these scripted up accounts they might do something about it. It's still a tiny portion of the user base that engages in this sort of stuff.

I wonder how many iterations of the attack he had to run to get that all lined up. Pretty sweet that it can be done, but, no way was that done without performance enhancing techniques... right?

I feel like he wasted a lot of time and troops on the bk open. I think what he did could have been done a little cleaner with more value right where the queen went in. He had a fly anchor to move the hound off to buy time.

That wasn't the only one, but it pretty much shut twitch down for awhile.

Wouldn't rush it if I were you. Probably be some new labs at TH9 that you'll be playing catch-up on if you go to 10. If there is a new hero, probably want to get that guy beefed up before hitting the switch.

No idea if there is even going to be one. Just said "if there is a new one". I would assume that if there is, it would be available at TH9.

I'd be shocked if there wasn't some offense added at TH9.

Just dropped a 5x5 on a TH9 with no queen (AQ39 asleep look at me). Was dead in 1:37. All I got out of king was two barracks and a trolling tesla.

Someone needs to do the math on a 4x5 what level aq dies to a 4x5? I think someone said 5x5 works up to about L32 at L6 zap pairing with max inferno.

So I took a look at my war base and noticed I'm guilty of having the AQ hovering around an AD. Change it up? In my defense I do have 2 other ADs with 2 black air bombs next to each. The first L2 lava hound to hit either AD instantly dies as shown in my most heoric defense video from this war. Not sure if that's enough to cancel out this new AQ zap attack if done by a TH9. Not as concerned about a TH10 doing this to me as any well executed TH10 attack should 3* me.

There's going to be a limit to what level queen this works on in conjunction with an air d for TH9. Clearly at TH10 it has the potential to be a much bigger deal.

Nobody has really published the upper limit for a 4 zap combo. My gut says it's probably in the AQ 15-20 range where it quits working next to a TH9 aird.

If it's a clean area with nothing else really around it you might be looking at a pretty high AQ that's vulnerable. Maybe as high as AQ25? This because an anti air won't be taking as much of the damage as the inferno did.

The other explanation is possibly each strike will damage everything on the tile at the same time at the same rate. So you get a 2 for 1 type deal.

These are the updated patterns. Looks like you need to aim a bit left on the first, then dead center on 2, 3, 4 then a little left on 5 to get the most hits to the queen.

4, 5, 5, 5, 4 hits on target. That would be 2185 hp from a max which is basically exactly what you need to take down the two key items with margin to miss one hit perhaps on the first shot meaning you could just take dead aim and still get what you need.

For a TH9 4,5,5,5 *85 = 1615 which is AQ39 so it seeeeems like you should be able to do this easily at TH9 with an AA. Likewise at TH10 could use just 4 zaps to do an AA/AQ kill and save a spell.

Yes, I think with some practice and some slight variations of where to drop the spells, it might be possible to be pretty consistent with this strategy.
