Dropped down to silver and saw a TON of loot on the way down. Mostly near max TH10s/11s to boot. Not sure if that's a function of the matchmaking system, or the fact that lots of high level players are trying to hide down there, or both. The challenge will be keeping trophies down as its not uncommon for me to pick up a couple hundred trophies while I'm logged off.

Welcome to the brotherhood. It's a nice combo of max loot bases and low lootable snipes with the occasional filled collector base. a little something for everyone. Most opponents in silver attack you via gibarch so if your defense is strong you can expect to be trophy dropped on often.

Good to know. SInce the league bonus update, it may be more profitable to drop lower for easier targets.

I had an issue with crashes when I tried to donate war CC troops, but waited a while, rebooted the phone and the game worked fine.

Ok fbgs, pretty good matchup we can win this with some organization. We have have way too many wasted attacks (hitting a base that is too strong for hero level) recently, so we need a bit of direction here.
I think the return of the tier system is in order!
The top 8 - These are likely max bases where our highest heros should be hitting. If you are not Smack, doc, VA, Tam, BlackBox do not attack a base in the top 8 that hasn't first been hit by one of the 5 listed.
Rest of TH10 land - All others work to put 2 on all of these bases.
TH10 bullys - jordan and g1. Have been coming in for cleanup attacks which works best with their IRL schedule so we can keep that. You guys may need to dust off some hog attacks
TH9s - We have been working pretty well here recently. Will keep this machine rolling as is.
Questions/comments/concerns?

Would just add that Lowmax picking a drag smash target in the top 8 should be fair game if available. He's been hitting at a very high clip.

I'm guessing your TH is buried near the center of your base? My best guess is no one in sliver wants to try hitting a strong TH10 base with centered TH using gibarch so they trophy drop on you and move on.Update: I cannot stay in silver for longer than 15 mins. It's sort of like the old sub200 situation where if I log off I'm going back up to gold or crystal. And eventually some lurking TH10 rips off all my elixir.
Perhaps when my TH11 defenses finish that will be enough of a deterrent to stave off attacks. Since the update I'm about a net 0 on dark and regular elixir with my casual raiding. What's working for me in silver is my base is set up as a TH teaser for gibarch. It draws them in enough where I only lose at most half of my lootable gold and elixir and the TH is much more difficult to bring down than it appears on paper. There's also enough junk buildings in front of the TH and storages that they're getting 30% on me if they get half of my lootable and/or the TH. No base is perfect but I've only had my DE storage taken out once since the update and that was a 4 max golem gowiwi while in crystal. My DE storage even withstood lavaloonion when I was in crystal.
If I log off after raiding at around 1200 trophies I never get trophy dropped above 1399 before someone takes the cat nip and hits me with gibarch giving me a shield. Sure, I may lose 160k/160k/800 but my collectors can more than replenish that during the shield earned and/or I can raid for the lost resources and then some in silver just gibarching and/or sniping. I've had no issues piling up and holding onto elixir and DE with my base in silver. Feel free to give it a try.

Sounds like the New Years update will ruin war weighting forever, adding 20 percent in weight if you have a mushroom on your base anywhere. The catch is, the mushrooms are invisible and you have to click it 3 times to find it.

From the chat in honda I think you have to drop them about three seconds apart. I have no experience doing this though so don't take it as fact, thought I saw that mentioned a few times over there though.

Odd. Noticed it a couple times when Guam would do it and it didn't die but mine did. Today was the opposite. I did drop them both quick last attack. Will test that theory out.

I can confirm the 3 second layover isn't true as I drop both poisons on top of one another right away and can get the drag to die. I think it may have to do with the proximity of your spell drop. I think the closer to the center of the spell drop radius the dragon's shadow is, the more effective the poison is. Not confirmed, just my theory from Guam's experience. I always zoom in for the poison drops now and am consistently getting the drag to die now.Edit: also lately been dropping the max poison first as culd mentioned. Not sure if I was doing this before or not when I was having issues.
