Interesting. A L2 + L4 poison does not always kill a max drag.

From the chat in honda I think you have to drop them about three seconds apart. I have no experience doing this though so don't take it as fact, thought I saw that mentioned a few times over there though.

Odd. Noticed it a couple times when Guam would do it and it didn't die but mine did. Today was the opposite. I did drop them both quick last attack. Will test that theory out.

I can confirm the 3 second layover isn't true as I drop both poisons on top of one another right away and can get the drag to die. I think it may have to do with the proximity of your spell drop. I think the closer to the center of the spell drop radius the dragon's shadow is, the more effective the poison is. Not confirmed, just my theory from Guam's experience. I always zoom in for the poison drops now and am consistently getting the drag to die now.Edit: also lately been dropping the max poison first as culd mentioned. Not sure if I was doing this before or not when I was having issues.

Aim at the shadow. Not the body.

Weird war with a L9 Korea clan. They used all but 4 attacks in the first maybe 4 hours or so. I'd say 25 came in the first 20 min. Then they waited on the last 4 to the last 5 minutes and lost. By 1. They were good. Probably modded some. Just so odd.

By war time, I will be TH11. I may actually spend some gems and do it today. I hate being maxed and want to see if I will actually stay with the game or not once I have to start earning resources for real

I got heavy into collecting bourbon this year so all the money I used to spend on gems, I started spending on awesome brown liquid instead. I could still war but my path to upgrading anything would be a LONG one without gemming the living fook out of stuff like I used to.

This has been the case for awhile. The village guard concept has had the effect of bringing mods to the masses in high cup territory. The mimimum cup gain also has bad a tendency to cause a particular base shortage in titans, specifically, while legends has more people than ever. I believe 2200 was the figure I last heard.

I think how I'm going to go about this 1 gem boost is hold off on starting mine until the end of the week and then buy a week shield. I'll take advantage of those on the gem boost this week and then hide out during mine the following week.

The timing couldn't be more perfect for me. I'm kicking off max wiz in the lab tonight and by waiting a week before starting the gem boost with week long shield, I'll be able to max out elixir again by the end of my shield just in time to kick off my next lab upgrade.

Because there simply aren't bases in that range. Those that show up get hit immediately. Thousands of people searching for a tiny handful of bases and then buy a vg and wait for an army.

Yes. And they didn't have a clue that a metric ton of people would trophy drop. If you are trying to farm elixir it's impossible at the high leagues.

Most on reddit are saying Xmas boost has been 1 gem for 24h boost not 1 gem for week. Not sure if that's true or not but save this idea for the clash birthday (if anyone makes it that long)

It's not working for anyone. Except th9 war is easier, so that's nice.

Simply not true. I have zero complaints - game still fun for me. Have not had any problems finding gold, Elixer or DE.

As a recently upgraded TH11 there is plenty to do.

Gold for Eagle, a new Wiz Tower, new Xbow, etc

Elixer for Warden upgrades

DE for finishing my BK

Have literally have had no issues finding any of it.

Complaints I'm hearing are from those that tried to cheapen & take short cuts on the game . . .

Rough numbers

Get hit for 250/250/2000

Attack three times under shield. With bonus clear

1200/1200/7500

Army costs 250/1000

So I net 1100/200/2500 in a day

Low on elix and DE. Won't be able to farm both at once but can raise the amount of either if I alter my army composition.
