You're in a clan that stacks itself with good attackers then whines that the game is too easy. The TH9s in your clan are wasting 48 hours and drawing up their attacks in paintbrush just for it to come down to the TH10s. It didn't used to be that way. 9s were where the real action was. There was actually a point where it wasn't a foregone conclusion that the 9s would all clear. Those days are long gone. We were obscenely outmatched in our last war by TH. Current match is slighlty in our favor by TH.i would have thought this was part of the matchmaking already, at least a count of THs at each level which is fairly close in a lot of the current matches. this implies it was solely based on total weight of some kind, and that also makes sense why we saw just as many lopsided matches. not sure SC hits the mark on any of their changes so far, so let's see how this one goes assuming it's true.
There is no "inbetween" with the opponents we get (40 village war). We either see heavy defense / no offense clans that are terrible attackers who we just destroy, or complete bad-### clans that run the table on us like Sherman through Georgia (some cheaters, some just really good).Another week, another war against cheaters for Honda. together would probably have a nice balance of TH's to go to war with 50 strong.

I've had some limited access to Honda recently - helping Jonathan plan out some war attacks. Few things I've noticed . . .
Like their war schedule - which starts a day later than fbgs. This leads to a war on Friday night which is cool and also would eliminate that Monday morning war attack which is tough for work.
They also have some very good TH9 attackers and Kev holds his own up top against TH11's
fbgs has 20+ opting out for war recently - a mix of the 2 clans would be perfect for war imo.
TH8s can donate max drags, pekkas, barbs, furs, archers, quake and poison. Also allows early 9s to donate max dark troops. When hogs7 comes 8s will be able to donate those. TH9 will be able to donate max haste. In summary, lots.Clans go past 10 now, why is that the goal? So a TH8 can donate max giants? BFD. Unless I'm missing something there isn't a troop that that perk really does anything for at a high th level.
Drags and haste make up the only thing ever really seen for war that might represent a bottleneck. Yeah, overlooked those. Chatter on forums says new hog level was a fake. Getting to 5 was our major goal. That +1 level allowed our TH8's to donate max balloons, and it's been a big help with donated poison.Clans go past 10 now, why is that the goal? The perks of 6-9 don't seem to be that exciting, and I don't see the same clan push effort out of my group to get to 6 that I saw from them to get to 5.

Noticed that the last few days in crystal 1 & 2. Have been in gold forever but moved up and loot skyrocketed.finding tons of loot today, a lot of dead bases

This means that it should take well-thought armies, strategic deployment and mastery of troop behavior to achieve the best results. If we find a single troop, single spell army with a single deployment strategy (Earthquake and mass-Witch) semi-reliably 3-starring maxed out defenses, something is out of balance. Sometimes simple HP and DPS tweaks can solve the issue, but sometimes something more is needed to bring units into balance in the right way, without making them obsolete.This was the example with the Hog Rider before we introduced the 1.5x damage from Giant Bombs. They aren't banning modders, ever. If this is a big deal then quit the game. Starting wars past about 1EST is a total crapshoot for hitting them.
