Really disappointed with the lack of response from SC in getting my village back. I've sent a bunch of messages.

Customer service so bad I think Im done. Don't want to waste another second with those idiots.

 
posted this in FBGS chat, in case you guys miss it, for the challenge, Honda's flag is on. When I go through the clans I have bookmarked from Honda, I can challenge both the Boog and the Bus (the buttons are there even though boog says not enough members to be challenged), but not FBGS. There are some other clans where the challenge button is missing, including FBGS. There must be some kind of match validation by TH. I don't think it's trophy level since the clans I see the button for are not in our range.

Want to bring my alt account (HeyThatTickles) over, but trophies too high. I'm down in silver farming. Sitting on 1120 trophies. 

Any help?

 
So some of the clan members in HONDA decided my war weight was too high so they asked me not to participate in wars going forward.

Are there any other FBG clans that are interested in a TH 10 with 30/25 heroes and level 10/11 walls?

Or any recommendations where I can find a good clan to join?

P.S. gaming the war weight is for ####### and asking someone to leave after over a year in a clan is a #### move

I am starting to really turn on the way they have this game going.  If you think about it in maybe a matter of a month TH11 will have even more DPS. As it is it's basically an impossible 3 star. 

There are two conspiracy camps developing, and one sort of bonus theory:

  • Trophy pushers got sick of being tripled, and SC listens to them more
  • TH11s got sick of being tripled in war by TH11s using spam armies and SC listens to them more.
  • TH10s thought dips were too easy leading to the rise of engineered TH11 bases that weighed as a TH9, but could trip even TH11s if heroes were decent.  This seems far too complex a thought for SC to grasp so gonna dismiss this one.
The fact that they are making the game even hard to execute a dip on a TH10, and believe me in a few weeks every base will be up x-bow anti bowler style at TH10.  To me it shows they don't really have a long term vision for the game except to increase the hero levels.  It's really the only thing they have at their disposal to adjust difficulty of TH11 and dips without upsetting the TH10 balance.  

Then, they can slowly drop levels onto TH10 like loons and hounds until it balances.  

I'm really curious to see what even the big TH11 youtubers in mod clans come out with in the next few days.  So far it's been complete crickets.  Lots of word out there that mods are dead.  

 
They needed to kill bowler and miner spam like they did. Glad they did. A couple higher troop levels (or adjusting HP) at TH10/11 and it will be balanced again. 

 
Eventually if you keep just targeting the most effective attack in the current meta, while adding DPS there will be a tipping point.  I think they've probably hit it.  And they managed to do this before everyone had a chance to max their stuff.  That's pretty unusual.  

I get that they are out to make money, but the reality is they've been getting killed between updates by the mobile strike and Kate Upton games. At some point they might want to look at why that is.

As much as I hate to say it, this is true.  That doesn't mean I didn't love benefiting from it while it was a thing.  I was "the man" in our clan as the only village that could produce miners, an automatic 6 stars every war on the top two opposition guys.  Nothing will ever beat the two finger hog drop back in the good old days, but miners came close.

 
Miners were too strong.  The right answer was either

  • Jump up defense
  • Turn down Miners
They did both.  That's a problem.  And when you do both you remove one of the very few flavors of raids out there.  People are seeing some success with air right now because bases were sold out to stop miners (as much as that was possible), you will soon see bases go back to the 3:30 time period flavor.

Yes the spam stuff needed to go but they left th10s with nothing to even come close to tripling a max 10. That was basically dead with the Healer change and then this has made it even worse.

It's almost like SC is hell bent on proving the "two star attacks win more wars than three star attacks do" guy right.

 
The other problem right now is beyond war... how do you even farm now? So much Defense, its crazy. What's the preferred farm army that will give you 2 stars and loot right now? Laloon? Valksmash? Drags? 

Yes, I get that they want more complex attacks in war, but now way I'm taking the time to build that specific of an army, then the time to next through to find the exact base. Granted, loot sucks after the update, but I'm a near max 11 who's lived in the masters/ champs range for a long time and the only loot now is stuff you need an engineered army for.

No problem getting loot in champs smashing 11s with crappy bases. 

QW, 4 furs, 4 wiz, 6wb, 17 valks, 3R, 2J and whatever in CC.

 
GiGobs still works great in crystal. I don't worry about trophies since attacks on me usually don't get my TH or 50%, so I hover in the same trophy range to plunder rich dead bases.

When I'm swimming in the pink and farming dark I'll use JumpJumpPekkas.  But GiGob is quick and effective against most bases.
