Should be an interesting day to see how the carries are distributed. Do the Browns want to see if Hardesty is their future? There's been drama surrounding Hillis all year with his contract situation.

FOX Sports' Jay Glazer reports that Montario Hardesty's calf "tightened up" in pre-game warmups Sunday, and the Browns now plan to start Peyton Hillis against the Bengals.

It's unclear whether Hardesty will play at all Sunday. According to Glazer, the Browns will "see how much they can get out of Hillis," indicating there are organizational concerns that he may not be able to give them much. It may come down to issues of pain tolerance, adrenaline, and old-fashioned luck. Chris Ogbonnaya would presumably take over if Hillis aggravated his hamstring.
