Sparano: 0-4 this season, 14-22 over the past 3 years.

Haley: 0-4 this season, 14-22 as a HC.

Del Rio: 1-3 this season. Constantly embattled. Hasn't had a winning season since 2007 and had only 2 since becoming HC in 2003.

Who's the GM in Jacksonville? I find it hilarious that they go and draft a franchise QB and they don't replace their HC that clearly is not going to help them win. Way to set your franchise back at least another year while your franchise QB has to learn yet ANOTHER system.

Del Rio specifically put Gabbert in so that he'd get another year... you can't expect to win with a rookie QB... he figures this will buy him another year.

Frazier will get a pass as well... Sparano will be gone.

2nd vote for Reid...spent a lot of cash this offseason on the Defense, yet they can't stop anyone's run game and are 1 - 3 because of it.

Just MHO, but he's a black coach with Manning gone. Total forgiveness for this season. I don't think he was ever a good coach, or ever will be.
