I have yet to see a thread on this. I guess its not big enough nationwide.

BTW: Its one game for it all tonight with Texas v. LSU. Two really good programs.

I tuned in more this year than usual (regionals on up) because UVA was in. Recorded/watched all the games. Wish it had been UNC-UVA but the best 2 teams are in. Hoping for a good game tonight.

I live about 25 minutes from Rosenblatt, but haven't made it to a game this year. Saw most of them on Tivo, but unfortunately my sons games have conflicted with every game I wanted to go to. LSU is widely supported here in Omaha thanks to their great (and gracious) fan base that travels up here to Omaha every year. If my son's game gets rained out tonight we will try to make the finale. Geaux Tigers!

On that side of the bracket, I thought UVA was the best team aside from LSU. I think with it being their first time there they should be proud to win a game.Game one was a classic for this series, but, to me, LSU has not played very well. Its probably a combination of UT having an excellent pitching staff and playing with a little chip on their shoulder as all weekend they heard that they could not play with LSU. The thing is that Texas should have won it already. Had Guirido (sp?) not pulled their starting pitcher so early that first game, the series would be over.

I try every year, but I can't get into it unless FSU is playing.

I watched the Rays getting mauled 10-1 in the 8th inning last night over that game...and when the Rays game was over, I went to bed.

The PING drives me crazy, as well as knowing most of these guys aren't MLB-caliber players. But that second point doesn't bother me for college football or hoops for some reason.
