Similarities in profile, sure. Similarities in play, not as much. Cowing has some of the most suspect hands & catching tech. in this years class imo, & needs to read the field better (getting ahead of sticks, manipulating db coverages). TD and JC are not that similar

Tank Dell had issues with drops as well.

10.8 & 7.7% drop-rate in his final 2 years at HOU.

Their drop-rates were also very similar.

Totally! And Tank still has drops in the NFL. I’m more speaking to how they attack the ball & their technique when catching. Tank more often than not caught away his body/defender, where as I felt Cowing’s film was littered with body catches & poor technique. Need to dig more!

While they aren't exact same player, Cowing and Houston Texans rookie stud Tank Dell have almost identical measurables (both 5083v & around 165 lbs) and similarly dynamic tape.

Our @seniorbowl player comp for Arizona WR Jacob Cowing this fall was former Pro Bowler DeSean Jackson and the former NFL GM who scouted him was with Jackson in the league so he knows firsthand what that game speed looks like.

If Cowing can get his shuttle times down at @ArizonaFBall pro-day, this could be an RAS @MathBomb match.
