I have a program called IMTOO DivX Converter. I've used the program for years, but now, whenever I open it, I can't see it. The only way to see it is to go to task manager, find the program, and right click to maximize. What am I doing wrong? TIA.

It might save it's screen position, and be opening off screen or something like that if it got messed up. There's a lot of pages that will give you a few methods to try moving a window back, try googling for your OS and give them a try and see if you can make it come back on screen.

Barring that, if you know where it's preferences are and you don't mind losing them, you could try clearing them and that might be where they are saved.
