Yes, I stole the idea from "Mike and Mike in the Morning" on ESPN Radio, but I like the idea and it makes for good discussion.

What RB do you like the most to lead their team to a victory this upcoming weekend in their Divisional Playoff Game, and then rank the remaining RBs from 1-8 (1 being the one you have the most confidence in, 8 the least).

1. Westbrook - Philly run blocking is great and I don't believe in the NO D.

2. LT - SD has even better run blocking and LT is LT, but New England has a solid run D.

3. Dillon/Maroney

4. Deuce/Bush - Not expecting too much resistance from the Eagles D.

5. Jamal - Colts stink obviously, but Baltimore doesn't run that well. Jamal is probably my least favorite RB in the universe.

6. TJ/Benson

7. Alexander

8. Ride Addai - Good luck.

This has very little to do with the quality of the RB, and more with the matchups. 1. LaDainian Tomlinson 2. Thomas Jones / Cedric Benson ( / A. Peterson) - not as much a vote of confidence in Chicago as against Seattle.3. Brian Westbrook - First upset of these playoffs.4. Jamal Lewis 5. Joseph Addai / Dominic Rhodes 6. Deuce McAllister / Reggie Bush 7. Shaun Alexander 8. Corey Dillon / Laurence Maroney - it pretty much follows that if I have the most confidence in San Diego winning, that I have the least in New England, right? Although I'd like this team against almost anyone else.

I might misunderstand the question, but how can you be so confident that Philly and New Orleans both win, or San Diego and New England?

If this isn't what you mean, please rephrase.

I've heard M+M do this before, and I was under the impression that you just isolate every matchup. How much confidence do you have in Westbrook vs NO D, Deuce vs Phi D? I have a lot of confidence in both and the teams happen to be playing each other. I'm not ranking them on who is going to win, just how much confidence in these specific matchups.

Ok. I haven't seen this portion of M&M before, just their confidence picks on the winner of the game. It shouldn't say "to victory" then, just best performance or something along those lines.

1. LaDainian Tomlinson

2. Brian Westbrook (on a roll)

3. Shaun Alexander (The Bears have lost key personnel on D)

4. Jamal Lewis (I don't think the Colts do that again)

5. Deuce McAllister / Reggie Bush (Bush more in passing game, Philly tough on goal line)

6. Thomas Jones / Cedric Benson ( / A. Peterson)

7. Corey Dillon / Laurence Maroney (SD / Merriman formidable)

8. Joseph Addai / Dominic Rhodes (Ravens are tough)
