Those are Werders words. Has there been a time we know of where he was late/missed meetings this year? Because what Bankerguy said is correct. The wade era was short on accountability, whereas the Garrett era is not.

First I've heard of Dez missing meetings. I heard it when he came out, and maybe a time or two under Wade...but Garrett has set a new tone.
