Cowboys at Redskins (1 Viewer)

Horrible 1st quarter yet here we are with the lead. Yay!And RGIII does not look right tonight.
He certainly doesn't look impressive. Wilson had a pedestrian day and RGIII has the chance to nip any upset for ROY in the bud, but he isn't looking very good at all.
Luck has an 11-5 record and just dominated Houston. I think he would get some votes.....
I know Wilson had some suspect games early but I think its a 2 dog race.. Wilson/RG3.. RG3 to me is the ROY because of the consistency all year.

A majority of the talk I've heard in the last few weeks was Wilson coming up and challenging RG3. Luck seemed to have fallen to the wayside most places (TV, messageboards, watercooler etc..)

Morris will run over you, around you and is surprisingly fast on the outside.

Wow. Really impressed with this guy.

Not impressed with the Cowboys weak tackling....like usual....

Maybe on Seattle TV shows and on Seattle message boards. In the real world I cant see how anyone could not have Luck in the conversation considering he plays on the team that was by far the worst team in the NFL last year and he has no defense and a really young team.

Redskins need to play some D and just keep it on the ground on O. After a while Dallas is only going to struggle more and more to stop Morris and RGIII

Actually it was ESPN and FBG.

Luck has done well at times and brought the Colts back for several W's late but he also has 18INTs and 5 fumbles lost. Wilson and RG3 are the clear choices

Why is a Seattle fan trolling this thread trying to pimp Russell Wilson for ROY? Would someone please step in here and get this guy out of here?

Others did not take this up. You did.If you have a comment on the game, by all means hang out here. Otherwise, get the hell out of here.

Yes, others did. I said RG3 was blowing his chance at squashing the possible upset. Then others started arguing about Luck. Pay attention. I know I'll take the heat because of my rep, but all I did was make a comment about RG3.

Hard to say who should be happiest - Cowboys dodged the turnovers - but that last Redskin drive looked like a blueprint for trouble

I'd agree with that. I'm a little concerned at how easy they ran the ball on that drive, the Dallas D shouldn't be overly tired. It was good they got to half and get to sit to start the 3rd. Dallas needs to outscore Washington in the 2nd half, I think Washington is good for 17 points here in the 2nd half.

Why not kick the field goal? Only 52 yards. Bailey has been pretty reliable.
Outdoors, cold/inclement weather...easily < 50% chance of converting. Just punt and move on to 2nd half.
Why not run on 3rd, pick up a few yards, force Washington to burn their last TO and try a littler short FG?
You're asking why Jason Garrett didn't run the ball? Yeah, I ask myself that same question quite often.

Good point.
