Cowboys Draft Position (1 Viewer)

I am a big cowboy fan and for the first time in my life I find myself rooting for the cowboys to lose.

I really want the CB out of LSU (Peterson) but I feel the cowboys need a top 4 draft pick to get him.

How do I know who has the tiebreakers between the cowboys and (Brancos, Bengals, Bills, 49ers, Texas, Lions)?

I feel that those are the only 5 teams that will take my Peterson away from me. But i need to know who would have the Tiebreaker if they end up as the same record as the cowboys so I know who to root for haha.

Such a sentiment isn't terribly popular, as you likely already know.

Are you counting the Cowboys in that list?Remember, they (with supposed draft guru Bill Parcells at the helm)passed on Steven Jackson, instead trading down for Julius Jones (using the extra pick gained for Marcus Spears the following year). My wife still recalls the screech of obscenities I let out when word came down that they traded down.I think the last half decade in Dallas could have been remarkably different if they'd drafted Steven Jackson in 2004. That is, it could have been better. So, make sure to count Dallas among the teams that can kill the pick.

Too many variables to post all possibilities. However, they can be as low as 4 and as high as 14 I believe. I too like Peterson, but would prefer Fairley.

Go read over the last few pages of the Cowboys season thread I posted the same over the last few weeks. Root for the Bengals, Browns, Lions, Bills, and Broncos to win to push their win total up. Root for the Texans and Cards to lose to worsen our SOS helping our tie breaker. I doubt any of that happens (and the 1st quarter isn't looking good) so with a loss we'll pick around 7 ... with a win it's looking like 14.Declaring Garret the HC for next season if nothing else takes the pressure off him winning to audition for his job.

If cleveland and buffalo lose.. and everything else goes right.. does that make us #5?

Too many tie breakers with SOS to say for sure. So far none of the games are going well in that all of the bad teams are losing. I have a bad feeling we'll win anyway making us around 14th.
