His price tag keeps going up and up. I have pick 1.2 in our draft this year. I am thinking about offering 1.2 for Crabtree and his 2014 first. Too much? Not enough?

Crabtree is worth the 1.02 straight up easily IMO, adding a '14 1st is way too much, at least I wouldn't think of selling Crabtree for that. I would keep Crabtree over the 1.02 personally. All this talk of him sucking is nonsense IMO, he is turning into a terrific WR.He's worth the 1.01 to me and I'm not even a big fan. He has an extremely high floor with Kaep at QB. The only concern I have about him is if defenses find a way to make someone else beat them. Kaep needs to look for other targets to keep defenses on honest.

Holy crap, week 17 might've made his 2013 price too rich for my blood. 85/1105/9 is really solid. By FBG scoring, that's WR14 on the year. I think there will be a lot of talk about how he blew up with Kaepernick and people will want to extrapolate those numbers, but I don't think they are sustainable. He averaged 6.45 targets per game through the first 11 games and 11.20 targets per game through the last 5. If Kaepernick truly loves him and that pace continues that would be a ridiculous 179 targets on the year which would pretty much guarantee a top 5 finish. I think he gets drafted in the teens next year. I'm not sure how I feel about that right now. While Crabtree saw 127 receptions on the year, Vernon Davis only saw 61 (2.2 per game while Crabtree was at 11.2). That's just crazy. They've got to get him involved next year. Hopefully he can be snagged cheaply in my 2013 redrafts.

You may want to check your math...Crap, I'm really late on this, but which part did I mess up on? If you're talking about the last line, the 2.2 and 11.2 are referring just to the last 5 games while the 127 and 61 were season totals. If it was something else, let me know and I'll fix it.
