:DThe Cubs have been dominant at home this year, the White Sox offense is as inconsistent as they come. I hope the Sox can get at least one on the Northside.

Stop it now, you are making sense.

This should be a great series.

this should be fun, im having a Sox/cubs party with about 12 people and it will be about 50-50 cubs sox.

everybody will get to see a potential World series preview.

good luck this should be a fun series, a nice match up of two of the better team in baseball. hitting vs pitching.

did you guy hear KW comment about wishing the cub fan "happy anniversary"

and Danks have a few words also

''We'll all be bringing our nose plugs, try not to smell all the urine over there,'' Danks said Thursday. ''Nah, we're looking to have fun over there, but that place is a [bleep] hole.''

if you guys do go to the games make sure to remember that its just a game and no need to get into fights with your fellow bears and bulls fans who root for a diff baseball team.

A couple questions from the pregame show on WGN radio:

Who hit the first walk-off home run in Cubs-Sox series history?

Who is the home run leader in the series?

off the top of my head

1: C Lee..........Valentine maybe?

2: Sosa

Interleague season, love it, you hear the phrase "potential World Series preview" no less than a dozen times. I'm guessing when Colorado played in Fenway last year when they were below 500 this same phrase wasn't ever said but it was (repeatedly) referring to others.

Good luck Greenie! It's fun to see this series with both teams in 1st place.
You too NH! This series really couldn't have come at a worse time for both teams. Cubs reeling a bit while the Sox are playing well, but fact of the matter is, the Palehose can't afford to lose any ground the next few weeks. The Cubs are in a real good position record wise, while the Sox lead in the central continues to dwindle.Should be fun to watchI'll be down in Wrigleyville tomorrow

Cubs look like they're sleepwalking out there. The 1am flight back from Tampa and turning around and playing an afternoon game looks like it's taking it's toll on the Cubbies.

and if they come back and win would that mean that the flight is responsible for the win then? because it clam them down and they would be real hyper other wise.if they loose its because the sox were the better team that day, and Vice-versa.

I have trouble buying that theory in BASEBALL. What, are they not running? Are they making errors (no - 0). They had 4 hits through 4 and a run against a 2.95.What exactly are they "dogging"? Sounds like an excuse to me.

They look like they're running through mud on the bases. They will be thrown out on any close play.
