Cullen Jenkins, DT for the Pack (1 Viewer)

He started over KGB and got 3 sacks. He goes tonight against the Vikes and even though he's ranked pretty well in the cheatsheets, I don't know enough about the Vikes QB Jackson to start Jenkins over my other DT, Richard Seymour, the probowler who is going against the Jags in Jacksonville. Seymour had a big game last week but continues to be double teamed and will not likely have another game like last week's against Houston.

Is T. Jackson mobile? Johnson wasn't and was easy to sack but I don't know about the new Minn QB.

Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Tarvaris Jackson has mobility (especially compared to Brad Johnson). During the two preseason games I watched the Vikings play he reminded me of a mini-Mike Vick. When the pocket/play breaks down he has the ability to get the first down by running the ball. In the pocket he's a decent passer but he's young and didn't always read the coverages properly. On the slick field tonight I'd bet he's good for multiple turnovers.

Cullen Jenkins is now the starter but I wouldn't expect many sacks from him. He's more of a run stopper/lunch pail type defensive lineman as opposed to an end pass rusher like KGB. Hope that helps.

No problem. If nothing else Jenkins is a UFA at the end of this season and should be an interesting option for some team if he doesn't resign in Green Bay. He's a character type guy who you root for as a fan.
