Well first I’ll give the obligatory “take it to the assistant coach forum,” because questions like this belong there. Also need more info-

Dynasty or redraft? Offseason ww $$ or is that all you get?

If its offseason waiver money that gets refreshed when the season starts I’d go full $200 and secure him. If that’s your whole season $$ then I’d probably go 30%. I think he gets work but won’t pay big  redraft dividends without an injury. He’s still a good player.
