I own Demarco Murray and Deangelo Williams and the Bell owner owns Henry? Does it make sense to swap 1 for 1 or should I try to get a little extra?

i would expect extra if this is redraft.  williams is the better handcuff.

I think it depends on your depth at the position.  We all know DeAngelo Williams has been very valuable if Bell gets suspended/hurt.  I would probably rather have him but if my RB depth was thin I know I would sleep better at night having that handcuff.  Odds are if you can get anything else it's pretty minor but your handcuff is more valuable.

Agree with Warhogs. I would take the deal. Any perceived value goes out the window if Murray gets hurt.

I'm starting Miller and Murray right now and have Gio on my bench in a 16 team redraft.  I'm definitely worried about Murray holding up but I feel like the chance of Bell getting hurt/suspended has to be higher.
