12 Team $100 League (re-draft auction) w/ $100 FAAB budget....I was able to get Decker for $15, and the surprise of the morning was no one put a claim on Nelson so I scooped him up in replace of Little.

Our league is highly competitive, so I was amazed that Nelson was not claimed. I think Decker's value at $15-$20 would give you a pretty good shot at landing him but every league is different...

I voted for Denarious but this poll is highly subjective to the type of league format and roster requirements. For example, in one of my leagues we receive significant bonuses for long TD's (doesn't include long punt or kickoff returns), which I believe strongly favors DMoore. In PPR leagues, Nelson is likely to be the best option.

My league has a $50 FAAB budget. I'm dropping Garcon and currently have the following bids for Nelson, Decker and Moore:

Nelson - $16

Decker - $14

Moore - $11

No player went for more than $10 last week.

what % of blind bidding is these guys going for? anyone have waivers yet?
Moore and Decker were drafted in our 12-team league, and we were able to pick up Nelson last week for 0.5% of budget. I'm sure they are all going for much more this week. -Byron

I am surprised to see Decker falling so far behind...is that because of Lloyd's return down the road, Orton at QB or some combination of both

Lloyd was why I chose Moore over him. Orton has a tendency to zero in on one guy, and he loves throwing to Lloyd. Not to say Decker will disappear, but I'm not sure the same is going to happen in Oakland. I honestly have not watched Nelson or the Bills so I know little about why he has done well, and therefore I can't pick him up over the other two.

$100 budget, I got Nelson for $31. Probably overpaid as the winning bid for Moore was only $9, however McCluster went for $58 - I had a bid in for $43. Decker was drafted.

I like the situation of both Decker and Nelson better than that of Moore. It just seems the Raiders have a history of WRs having great games one week and disappearing for weeks on end. Ford, DHB, and Murphy have all had huge games over the past couple of years but not been able to sustain any kind of momentum.

I was able to get Nelson even though I was at the bottom of the waiver order, but not sure how good this guy will be down the line. No question he got a lot of targets last week. But this guy seems like a pure slot/possession guy. I guess that is valuable for ppr leagues, but it does not guarantee a touchdown, and the Bills are not going to get 40 points every game. They sure seemed pass happy last week which I guess bodes well for his value in those types of situations, but I'm still suspect at this point. May drop him by week 5 if nothing pans out.

I think it's close between Decker and Nelson, although Nelson is still criminally unnoticed in a lot of leagues. Both look set to be WR2s in good offenses. I think Decker has the better skill set, but Nelson is probably more entrenched as a target. Stevie Johnson also looks like he's a little banged up, and my guess is he's going to keep playing hurt until he gets an extension, at which point he might take it easy, which might open the door for more Nelson. However, even if Stevie goes out, I'm not entirely sure that Nelson's value goes up drastically. Decker, on the other hand, has the talent and ability to take over as a WR1 if Lloyd stays banged up or gets reinjured.

I absolutely love Moore's talent, but his surrounding situation isn't as good. His QB is the worst of the 3, where he sits on the depth chart isn't as clear, and he's a rookie. If you're swinging for the fences though, I think Moore is the pick because he has the clearest path to WR1 on his own team.

The thing I like about Moore is that when Campbell threw it up Moore went up and got it. That gives the QB more confidence to throw it and you have the confidence he will be consistent. The other primary WR's being out might actually give Moore a chance to get cemented as No. 1.

As an aside it looks like the Raiders need to develop a possession receiver. Every WR seems designed to be a home run hitter; they could use someone to just move the chains via the passing game.

Big $36 for Nelson ($200 budget) and they guy who lost out to him was pretty pissed as he had bid $31.

I probably like Nelson the most out of the three, own Moore in both leagues and Decker in none.

Got moore and nelson in my league...missed on Decker. Had him at number 2 behind Moore. Honestly, Moore's upside is just too good to pass up whereas Nelson is a safe play with TDs and yardage. But like someone else said, Moore is the homerun. If the Raiders (Al Davis), allows Moore to start from here on out, he'll be sensational.

guess I am lucky in our league there are no waivers except for players dropped. I picked up Moore, D. Nelson, and N. Washington all this last monday morning.

$120 salary cap for the full season, so the few teams that have cap space have about $5 left. Minimum bid after week 2 is $1.8.

5 teams (including me) bid on Decker and he went for 3.55

1 team (me) bid on Moore and he went for 2.35. Wish I would have bid the minimum!

2 teams (including me) bid on Nelson. I got him for 2.3 (other was 1.9).

I think Decker's bid were influenced by him having the better stat line and getting more pub from ESPN (hosts our league).

I think Moore was underbid because he plays for the Raiders. Fear that he's DHB or Jacoby Ford, Part Deux.

Nelson's stat line wasn't great for the casual fan. Even though this league has been around for 10 years and has some smart owners, many don't look deeply at things like targets.

12 team redraft, .5 PPR, 17 man rosters, start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 RB/WR/TE, I DST, 1 K (no mandatory TE)

We have no waiver wire. ONLY blind bidding using fantasy $$ (start w/ $120 in bank, once money is gone, no transactions can be done; $5 min. bid).

Our weekly bidding period always end on Thurs nights (Wed night if a Thurs game). No free agents can be acquired other than via the free agent bidding process.

I think Nelson will be the most consistent, but Moore has the most upside. Decker is someone in between.

Anywho, I drafted Moore, and I expect Nelson & Decker to go for at least 15% of the $120 budget. Sorry, yeah I know, no one cares about my league....just bored. Hahahaha

may not be a big thing but if fitz were to go down for the bills you have thigpen who knows the system and has shown to put up decent fantasy numbers as well so nelson still may be ok.

Does this throw a potential wrench into Decker's upside later in the year?

DEMARYIUS THOMASPublished Wed Sep 21 9:25:04 p.m. ET 2011(RotoWire) Thomas (finger) could return after the Broncos' Week 6 bye week, the Denver Post reports.Analysis: The perpetually dinged-up Thomas could make an impact later this season with a break or two, but now it's established that he's a few weeks away.
Obviously he won't be in game shape to start, but Thomas may eat into some touches later in the year if he's healthy...

Just for blind bidding reference, I ended up getting all 3 last night. Out of a $130 budget I got Decker for $28, Moore for $12, and Nelson for $9. My league always starts the season spending extremely modest, so I was confident that I could get 1 or 2 of the three. The second bid on Decker was $19, someone else bid $1 on Moore, and there were no bids other than mine on Nelson.

Amazing.

Nelson went for $205 in my Phenoms league, while Decker went for $75. $500 budget. I bid $120 on Nelson thinking it might get it done, but obviously I was wrong. At least I drafted Moore  but didn't start him last week :bag:

Had my choice of the 3 and chose Nelson. Have decker in another league but I think his prod will get cut into with Lloyd coming back. I like buff qb situation the best and they have a ton of wr injuries so he's got no one pushing him.

With the #6/12 waiver pick I opted for Nelson as my priority over Moore. I wouldn't have gotten Moore as he went #4. Decker had been picked up last week. Given Manningham's concussion?/injury, Nelson will start for me this week in what should be an ariel fireworks display. Am hoping that I never look back on him ever returning to my bench-nor the waiver wire either.Love his situation there in Buffalo.

Spent 40% of my yearly free agent budget on Nelson. I don't think anyone else will come along this year that has a better chance to be a very solid WR for 2011.

I could have had any of the 3 and I overpaid on purpose to make sure I got Nelson. That's how much I like him.

Nelson went for $100 out of $100 in one of my dynasties last night (I had bid around 40). Decker and Moore were already owned, and all 3 were owned in my other two BBID leagues.

Actually Nelson is not the starter in Buffalo. Donald Jones starts opposite of Stevie Johnson but considering Neslon's breakout last week and Parrish's season ending injury, I wouldn't be surprised if they moved Nelson to starter and put Jones in the spot Parrish was playing.

Someone just spend $73 of $100 on David Nelson in our dynasty/keeper hybrid league. I had $40 bid.

David Nelson has the highest percentage of starts out of the slot in the NFL so I don't see them moving him to the outside anytime soon and while Donald Jones does see more snaps in the offense he still barely gets any targets. I'm pretty sure Jones is on the outside because he is the fastest out of the three and they use him to stretch the defense but since Fitz doesn't have the greatest arm strength Johnson and Nelson benefit the most. Nelson is essentially a top level TE who could get around 700-1000yds w/ 6-10TDs. In his last 6 games he has 4 TDs and very nearly had 5 this past week.
