So I have lived by the don't take a Def/ST until late. Don't get suckered in by the run. I have regretted it the last couple of years. Chasing the wire for a team that does anything.
Now when we talk value, with only 32 options and only several that are pretty much locks, why wouldn't I take one earlier. In VBD I have to beat the other Def/ST, as well as the othe 8 starting spots need to be better then the team I am playing.
Explain why taking a stud "D" a little earlier is not a good thing...
Edit: 6,9,12 pts for TD depending how far. Normal 1 pt for sack, fumble recovery, interception. Hold other team to less then 7 points you get 3
