Are there any stats on 3rd down defenses? I was going to post this in the Dallas thread but it is really significant for all teams. After all from both a FF and NFL perspective, teams that can successfully get off the field on 3rd downs more often are certainly more legitimate threats at the end of the season. I think that was DAL biggest flaw down the stretch. The pass coverage was weak and they couldn't stop teams in the nickel/dime packages.

I know the Lions are near the bottom in 3rd down efficiency and have been for years...and not just on defense, but offense as well.
