Yeah but that's not the point.  An NFL Head Coach should be able to manage a clock.  It's mind-blowing.  The Head Coach is directly responsible for not having his team in a much better position to actually win the game.  30+ more seconds was huge right there.  Totally unacceptable.  John Fox 2.0 (and Vance Joseph for that matter).
