Denver v. New England (1 Viewer)

P.S. - they've been talking about this new roughing rule the ENTIRE preseason and the first two games - you shouldn't have been surprised by the flag there unless you've been in an NFL hole until this past week.
Put me in the camp that says a 300 lb lineman running all out to get the QB shouldn't have to pull up a split second after the QB throws the ball.

BEAUTIFUL run by Maroney for 31 -- took a huge shot at the line, bounced off, and then sprinted to the left, all the while throwing a nice stiff arm to ward off a defender.

That was carry 10 for Tatum. Lets see how he plays from here on out.

:lmao: at Madden making excuses for the kicker.

When they lined up I thought the right side of the formation looked too light compared to the D.

I've been watching the Broncos my whole life. I think their last block was in the late '90s with Harold Hasselback.

Man, I do hate seeing Maroney return kicks. I know, other marquee players have (and are) doing it, but, I just hate it. Too much can go wrong.

If Denver wins, they will be one of the ugliest 2-1 teams I can remember.
 I don't get it. This is a good team that went to the playoffs last year. They have a great defense and an offense that had a slow start, but this is not an ugly team.In fact, with the addition of Walker this offense is better than last season.

FWIW - Tatum now has 13 carries. He's never had more than 17 in a game in his career.

- I'm just sayin'
Wheelhouse = Joe B. ?Great to see the Broncos in the end zone. A very good catch on Walker's part...now let's see what they do with a 10 point lead.

On paper maybe, but one TD in 2 and a half games is pretty damn awful.

especially if you don't get credit for those yards. Our league doesn't keep track or give points for return yards so I would much prefer they protect him.

They don't look like a 13-3 team so far. Jason Elam is the MVP this season.

They've played poorly this year. Their point total through two games is 19. Hard to call them a good team at this point.

Did you not see their start last season????It was just as bad as this season. Plummer had a slow start last year as well. They will be fine.

OK -you are in the opposite camp of every NFL official and the entire NFL competition committee.Enjoy the crickets over there.I think it is bunk, too, but why chime in on it as "IMO, not roughing" when it is a done deal in the league :shrug:They are going to call roughing EVERY SINGLE TIME a DPlayer hits the QB in the head without attempting to pull up after the ball is gone.

That's how I see it - didn't they open last year 1-2?
