**Detroit Lions at Chicago Bears** (-3, 48.5) (1 Viewer)

Bears -2.5, over 48 (hit these a couple of days ago), and Claypool over 35 rec yards pretty big. Two bottom 5 teams in defensive 3rd down efficiency going at it today.

Lions have been less than what I thought at the start of the year. Bears were awful but have found an offense, then started trading away their defense. A month ago I would have taken Detroit, but today...

Windy City- 34
Motor City- 30

The Bears and Lions are 1st and 3rd in rookie defensive snaps. DE Aidan Hutchinson and SS Kerby Joseph have been playing very well the last month (ILB Malcolm Rodriguez is banged up but should play.)

Detroit generally has a lot of trouble with running QBs. Bears run game is probably the deciding factor here.

On offense Detroit is sputtering. Kalif Raymond is the WR2 bc of injuries. ARSB was dominant in a similar scenario a year ago but we haven’t seen that in awhile. Goff has not been playing well.

Rookie TE James Mitchell caught his first TD last week and might see a bigger role down the stretch. Swift practiced in full and doesn’t have an injury designation for the first time since Week 1.

Well there went Swift's last chance for a TD this year. That play will be the focus of the press conference. "Swift is worthless. Why do we even have him on our team? He refuses to do anything well. Garbage."

Not sure what they're reviewing here. Easily neither a TD nor fumbled out of the end zone.

Oh, because it was fumbled out under 2 min. Well, Bears have 2 TOs with 26 seconds left instead of 3...

Let me explain, it's one thing to shuke, juke and shuck it, it's quite another to juke n shuke and then take 2 defenders head on and say "We're Going In!!!"
Not every QB has that kill switch and Fields does, he proved it right there.

Fields is electric with his legs. As long as the other parts of his game keep improving Bears have got a good one
It took him a year & a half but you are right. I just hope the Lions fans are patient with their QB of the future. LOL.

Have to say, having undergone a decade plus with Stafford and Goff, I’m a little jealous watching him scramble and make plays. Would quite like the Lions to find a young QB with similar running chops to Fields/Kyler/Hurts et al would go well with our Oline, running game in the dome wearing Honolulu blue !!

I like Young, but not sure he would survive the hits Fields does.

Wow. No one within like 20 yards of Kmet after that fake.
Bears pulling away like this was never a contest.

That’s a huge bye week also. I would hate to need a win to reach the fantasy playoffs with that bye week.
I hear ya and it would have been nice if his bye week was earlier in the year when he wasn't playable. That said, a win is a win and it doesn't matter to me whether it is week 10 or 14.
