Hi,

I've been lurking and getting some great info here, but this is my first post.

Wondering about McAllister from NO. I was eliminated from playoff consideration last week and it's time to stash nuggets for next year. I've already snagged Sidney Rice from Minny.

Both Cadillac and the Deuce are on the waiver wire. Any thoughts on their viability fantasy wise for next year?

Contract status, nature of injury, chances of recovery, timetable for return...

that sort of thing?

I've got him on IR but will probably keep Gore, Young, DeAngelo and Ricky Williams over McAllister.

He looked brutally slow the 1st 2 weeks. I mean it was bad. Like he was running in foot deep mud. Then all it took was a 1-2 ft high jump and he blows out his knee. Ricky would have to get hold of some good doobage by January for me to keep McAllister over him.

What are the parameters of your league? I would assume he is kept in every dynasty league. In projecting he is probably worth 50 yards and 10 receiving a week plus 1 TD every other week. That is great insurance. Cadallac on the wire is just crazy. Drop someone and pick him up. Also are there any openings?

We have sort of a modified dynasty league where you can keep players at the expense of draft picks. Anywhere from 0-4, if over 4 you must keep 12, after 12 you can go up to 16, which is the number or rounds in the August draft. We subsequently pick up 1 more player after each of the first two weeks for a total roster size of 18. No IR. At the moment we have no openings (10 team league), although an expansion or current owner leaving is always a possibility.Right now I've got Leinart, Campbell, and Brees at QB. Portis, Lewis, Maroney, Norwood, M. Bush, and Andre Hall at RB. Fitz, B. Edwards, Andre Johnson, Santonio Holmes, DJ Hackett, and Sidney Rice at WR. Kickers are Vinateri and Rackers, Pitt D. We lump TE's with receivers. I figure I'll drop Campbell and one of the kickers tomorrow night and add two hopefuls for the future. I'll keep anywhere from 12-16 depending on how things shake out next year at the draft, camps, etc.As i mentioned, right now Caddy and Deuce are on the wire, along with Maurice Morris. I'm looking at Chad Jackson of the Pats in the event Moss and Stallworth don't come back, and a flyer on a young RB (or of course one of the banged up vets on the wire)Would love to know what anyone is thinking about my choices.
