Devin Aromashodu -- As Bloom Woud Say, "What the Heck Flex." (1 Viewer)

Little to zero chatter on Aromashodu.

He's been targeted 25 times in the last two games while registering 6-90 and 4-47 respectively.

This week, MN faces the NO D at home. On the season and in the last 5, NO is ranked in the bottom 4 vs. WRs. Assuming Ponder is starting, this is a very good matchup. Getting AP back would certainly open things up even more for the passing game. Harvin will most certainly garner most of the attention, but in a game of catchup, I'd think Aromashodu should once again see his fair share of targets.

For the WR desperate (or in my case, the B. Lloyd desperate), this looks like an intriguing option. Especially in PPR leagues.

Popular WR sleepers this week seem to be R. Cobb (too many mouths to feed in GB, tough KC D vs. WRs and Baldwin @ Chi. But no Devin A.

Anyone rolling the dice?

Picking between him and Gates, Lloyd, Antonio Brown, Laurent Robinson, Crabtree. Right now considering Brown or Robinson though waiting for final word on injuries. I don't think Aroma has a great ceiling but also seems a much safer play than the others.

Glad to see someone start this post. I'm leaning toward Aromashodu over Denarious Moore and James Jones and hoping Ponder doesn't get benched again.

starting him over lloyd and boldin. in need of some serious upside as i face the top-scoring team in our league.

just went back and looked at devin's 25 targets on nfl game rewind, and his numbers could have really been huge. he got open on a double move for an easy 45 yard td vs detroit, but ponder over-threw it. he also had like a 30 yard drop later in that game. against denver, he drew a pass interference call and on another target, champ bailey interfered to break up the pass but got away with it.

to sum it up, he looks pretty good to the old eyeball, and we all figure the vikings will have to throw it a ton in this one. no sure thing by any means, but at least the potential for a huge game is there (which i don't know i can confidently say about boldin and lloyd).
