Dexter McCluster's Value (1 Viewer)

Given Battle's emergence today, and the overall lack of production for McCluster since Charles' injury, is it safe to say that he's a droppable player now? I know that coming into the week he was still a top 25 PPR player according to the 250+, but I just don't see much room for him to be worthy of much more than a desperation flex start.

Thoughts?

I am tired of the empty hype myself. If he cant make an appearance against Indy whats the use? Gone says I.

Picked him up with the hope that Haley would use him in a "Sproles-like" way. Guess not. Agree with the previous posters - dropping and taking the shot with Battles.

There was another McCluster thread where many people were drooling over him. Not sure if they haven't seen this thread, don't think it's worth posting in again, or now feel he's just a mediocre talent. In either case, I still think he's nearly worthless unless you're in a crazy scoring format where he's eligible at WR, AND RBs get more points per yard than WRs.

Tick ... Tick ... Tick ... PFFFFT.

This game, indoors vs Indy ... who gave up a lot of underneath stuff to Graham last Monday, looked ripe for the 'Cluster pickins ... but, no.

With his bye coming up, I see no valid reason to roster this kid, especially with Battle emerging. Thanks Dex, for a job ... done.

He's droppable if there's anything better on waivers. It looks pretty clear now that he's not a feature guy of any type and has a relatively low ceiling.
