Did I make a decent deal? Joe Mixon (1 Viewer)

12 team PPR  with 1 keeper for first round pick if you want

start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 2 Flex

My team before trade
Mahomes, Big Ben
Zeke, M Gordon, R Freeman, A Jones, J Williams
AJ Green, Golladay, Callaway, Mike Williams, Josh Gordon
Njoku, McDonald, Watson
Parkey
GB

I trade away AJ Green, Royce Freeman, Ben Watson
I get Joe Mixon and Eric Ebron
I get a solid starting RB that isn't in a time share by getting Mixon.  I know my WRs obviously take a hit, but I can maybe trade a lesser back or QB for a starting WR later.

Also, I need to pick up a WR now, which one for long term benefit.
Goodwin, Garcon, Kirk, Grant, Meredith, Parker, J Matthews, Gabriel

I don't like the trade, WR was your weaker position and you just made it even weaker. Mixon turns into a bye week replacement whereas you traded off your #1 weekly receiver. That's just my opinion...but you did ask =)

Yeah, I get that, I'm actually thinking of moving Zeke or a QB for a WR to pick that back up.
The Cowboys offense is anemic and it's affecting Zeke since they are down and trying to play catch up.  There is a team in my league that is about to go 1-3, he is weak at QB and the best STARTING RB he has is Tevin Colemen.  I was thinking of maybe trying to flip Zeke into OBJ or Tyreek Hill from him.

That would be a smart move, I would have done that first (Traded a QB or RB for a WR) and then moved AJ Green. If you can turn Zeke into OBJ or T Hill +, then that could possibly shift your team into a better position. GL

I'm hoping Zeke has a nice week against Detroit to up his value, that was my plan, we'll see if it works out. As for trading a QB, the one QB needy team has been hesitant to trade so far, I'm also hoping a 0-4 to 1-4 record for him changes that over the next couple weeks.

Zeke's value is already good. He is tied for the NFL lead in rushing yards, has the most receiving targets on his team. Sure, it'd be nice to see greater efficiency in his yards per reception and a TD or two more, but he's still a workhorse back. Why wait when you should be able to get GREAT value for him now.
