1. No idea, 2. That's Ehrlichman who was fairly morally challenged, and 3. You're not actually looking at anything but an img file made by you don't know who for you don't know what purpose. Where did you find this? I doubt imgur originally. Why don't you post your original source?
I don't know about the quote, but will say that, many years ago, I heard the theory that the FBI facilitated the introduction of pot, cocaine, crack and other drugs into low-income urban communities in order to criminalize those communities. I dismissed the idea as a ridiculous crackpot conspiracy theory. Now, I'm almost completely certain that did in fact happen.

When you provide a legitimate source which verifies this, it would be worthy of discussion. As it, it is nothing but Flame-bait propaganda adding to a culture which is drowning in over-heated rhetoric which fuels idiots like yesterday.

So this guy gave this writer this absolutely explosive quote while the writer was doing research for a book, and the writer didn't use that quote for another 20 years after it was made and 17 years after the guy's death?
Why in the world wouldn't he include that quote in his book? Or even spin it off to a news article back then?
It doesn't even come close to passing the smell test.
I can't even see the link, but I see the article. I have read and heard academics discuss some really gross things from Nixon so nothing would surprise me. He despised the left and the media. He was in favor of treating "the colored races" fairly but just for perception. He feared if we were perceived as being anti-minority, it would cause other countries in the world to side with communism.
