Way less. I barely even smoke. Not a huge fan of edibles. I'll eat them but they don't do much for me. I probably hit the vape pen every few hours for the past decade. I don't really even get high, it's like a little energy boost. My wife likes to rip it at night, but if I had to pick i prefer a.m.

really like the THC seltzers but they are a bit pricey and dont like most of the 10mgs flavors - just ordered "sprinkle" powder to put in any drink. 10 pack of 5mg powders only $20 where a 4 pack of 5mg seltzers are almost that alone. if its good there is a bulk jar to get the price point even lower.

I didn’t really change my habits much, but I did try amber delta 8 distillate out of curiosity. It’s got a smoother feel than what I was used to, and doesn’t hit quite as hard, which was nice for chilling without getting too zonked. I keep some on hand now for low-key nights, but it's more like a once-in-a-while thing than a regular habit.

thats the idea - individual packets of 5mg you can just add to any seltzer or drink - supposed to not effect the taste of what youre drinking but give a nice THC buzz at much less price. looking fwd to trying it.

Pretty sure products like that are out there.
If your dispensaries are like ours in MD, most of them do not provide very good product descriptions besides "XXX% THC, Indica or Sativa or blend".

I use Jane to find product descriptions and also to find what dispensaries locally sell that product.
I just used it to find 144 products locally for "cartridge, Indica, CBN". I don't want to post a direct link here but their search function is pretty easy.

If you plan on using disposables this advice doesn't apply, but if not then pay some attention to the battery you get to use with your cartridges. I can't tell you what the latest greatest batteries are, but I look for stuff that seems high quality so it'll last a long time.

If you don't mind paying more than go grab an Echo cart, they are the best in the market. I bought a cartridge during 4/20 and I use it weekly and it's still going.

The other option is just to go a trusted dispensary and ask questions.
