This is dynasty PPR. I am the AJB owner. The Diggs owner seems to really want AJB. He tried lowballing previous to this.

  He said we "have to get a deal done" lol no we don't. I asked him if there was any way he would put Diggs in a deal if I am moving AJB & he sent this...His Diggs, 1.12, Zach Moss, 4.03 & 4.04 for my AJB, Tua & 1.09. That's not an offer I want either. Sure, I have Lamar @ QB, but I want to move him & my only other QB is Cousins. (Start 1)

Assuming that the picks are rookie picks.  His offer is not close at all, the Brown side for me.  Even if the 1.9 is removed, the deal is a bit closer, but I am still on the Brown side.  Brown is a lot younger and I would want more.    And Moss and the 2 4s are blah!

WHO's wasting WHOSE time? Lol. Yeah I wouldn't take those offers. Though I *might* value the #12 about the same as Claypool.

But I would definitely resist the urge to boot somebody over just being irritating, you might run out of owners soon

Nope, no chance.  He'll have to do some research on proper trade etiquette and how to communicate with other owners if he ever expects someone to trade with him.
