That is correct.Unless Poz breaks his arm again, DiGiorgio has little to no value.

he played pretty well but he's a backup. if either starting OLB gets hurt though, it wouldn't be a huge surprise if the team considered trying to move him out there. they do have Ellison and Spragan, but DiG might be better than both.
