Disappointing RBs in 2012 (1 Viewer)

Got lucky. In a dynasty startup this season took Arian Foster, Adrian Peterson, and Marshawn Lynch 1-2-3. I also ended up with Bowe, Demaryius Thomas, Colston, DeSean Jackson in 4-7, so I was not hurt by going RB early at all.

Still, as I said, I was lucky that all 3 guys panned out. I am so far ahead of the average team at the position (12-team league) that I have a good shot at the title this year, IMO.

Steven Jackson was outright dropped in my 11yr-10 team-PPR league 2 days ago. No one has picked him up.

Times are a changing. If you have a high draft pick, you gotta take one of the RB scoring hogs (Rice, Foster etc). If not, there is no reason not to go WR-TE-QB through your first 4-5 picks. Especially in PPR. The downside to that is figuring out who to start at RB every week, as almost every team works in 2 RB's, or they just plain old suck. An average WR outscores the RBBC guy these days.

Case in point, due to injuries and byes this week, I have to play Spiller/Fred Jackson/Reece as my RB's & flex. It is what it is. :football: :bag:
