Yeah, my wife needed surgery on her clavicle and tibia. At least she got the new vehicle she was hounding me about for a year. She pretty much new she was getting whatever she wanted.
Funny, out of all the "classic-enough" Disney movies I've seen, I've never watched the original Lilo & Stitch. It just never interested me as a movie.

We've dont the Savanah view in summer and the animals were fairly active. I dont think time of year is really an issue.
will also add that the resort itself is very cool. I prefer Jambo b/c it is more like a Disney resort vs the DVC prop Kidani. And the food is amazing
Poly is my favorite resort, but we stayed at Jambo House (at my dad's request, he wanted to 'have coffeewith the giraffes') so I used my points to get two Savanna rooms and we enjoyed it a lot.
We stayed at Kidani (my daughter and I) and I agree about that resort. I liked Jambo much better.
Depends on what you're looking for. They have meet and greets with 'rare' characters, but those are usually batshit crazy. Seriously, my neice went to the Halloween party and Jack and Sally had a three hour posted wait time. It was actually longer.
My buddy went shortly after it opened and loved it. I'm thinking of going next year.
I get the appeal of the rare characters but I’m not waiting my whole event in line.
Yeah this was my thought as well, my kids are 19 and 17; we are really just going to meet my sister/niece in the area. So, besides a quick pic with Mickey maybe, we will be all about the rides and food
If you believe the bloggers, everyone is going to Epic and no one is going to disney this year.
. Then the kids walked up with the bags and literally got 1 Halloween sized candy bar at each station. 
My buddy speaks very highly of Mario World. I'm looking forward to trying it out when we go in January.
Patience and timing is they key in Mario World. Between rides going down temporarily and weather delays, you have to be able to change plans on the fly. We waited 90 minutes for mario kart at park opening, but then did it again with a walk on at like 8:45pm.
Yeah, definitely go with Jambo next time and you'll be ok. We needed to out of necessity because my dad was using a scooter and we wanted everything to be close and the main pool and quick serve are 100 yards from each other. Plus they have trails to look at the animals. My dad is all about that (the biggest reason we stayed there).
I did MK, HS, and the 3 Universal Parks and the end of August. My kids are elementary school age so a bit of a different trip.
Thanks, Express is so #### damn much I don’t think I can justify it. It will just be me and one daughter on that day, so we will probably use single rider lines and have no problem staying until close (only 8 pm then though). Also might skip the Harry Potter ride due to motion sickness so might be able to squeeze in everything else….
Yeah, express pass didn't do as many rides in August, so it was completely off the table for us.
