I started watching the Lions in 1967 (on year 50) but honestly don't remember a Super Bowl before the Chiefs - Vikings. Like we would have been skiing or snowmobiling for the Packers two wins or the Jets upset - we didn't take it seriously, everyone "knew" the other league was inferior. Namath changed that.
