I have a very solid team in a Dynasty PPR league and I am certainly in win now mode which will not happen near as likely without DJ. I am very tempted to take an offer I have been given of Jay for DJ straight up. I think I can win the league if I do that deal this year. Would you do it? My team is good but aging. Antonio Brown Ben Roethlisberger Brandon Marshall Greg Olsen. I have luck and Evans. Already lost Ware. I feel like if I don't go for it this year, my chances are less next year even with a healthy DJ as some of those guys fade into the sunset.

Absolutely. If you're in "win-now" mode and lost DJ, this makes a ton of sense.
plus assuming this year is over for DJ, Palmer is one year older, as is Fitz. Not saying they'll fall off the map, but you've got to wonder how good AZ will be going forward.
Ajayi looks like a solid back, youth, a team around him committed to winning, and provides instant value.
I don't see why you wouldn't make this deal.
