DJAX and Maclin both miss Thursday's practice (1 Viewer)

DeSean Jackson (hamstring) and Jeremy Maclin (hip pointer) both sat out Thursday's practice.

Jackson's absence comes out of nowhere. He played the entire game in Week 1 and was listed as a full participant during Wednesday's practice. D-Jax either pulled the hammy at the end of practice or simply woke up feeling sore Thursday. We'll know more about his status for Sunday's showdown with the Ravens by Frida

Paging loose circuits.

If you are in need or a WR grab Damaris Johnson. If it wasn't for them playing Balt I would be very excited to see him get a chance.

I would hope this is a big bump for Celek. Johnson will play the role of Jackson. McCoy obviously will be getting the ball ALOT now (at least he better).

1. Dont be silly, still expect 40+ pass attempts2. Grab Avant in a PPR if both dont go

Coach Andy Reid expects WRs Jeremy Maclin (hip pointer) and DeSean Jackson (hamstring) to play versus the Ravens on Sunday."I think we'll be OK there," said Reid. "They're both doing a lot better." Both receivers missed practice on Thursday, so they're not out of the woods just yet. Likely to be at less than peak strength in a tough matchup, Maclin is ranked 33rd and Jackson 30th among fantasy receivers. Check back by Sunday morning to assure that both are in the starting lineup. Sep 13 - 3:56 PM

(Rotoworld) DeSean Jackson's hamstring injury is not believed to be as serious as Jeremy Maclin's hip flexor. Analysis: Coach Andy Reid is optimistic that both will be available after missing Thursday's practice, but it sounds like Jackson's injury will be less limiting than Maclin's. Both receivers are just borderline starting options in a tough matchup with the Ravens.

I am shocked FBG has Vick ranked as high as they do(#5 QB) after last weeks performance. I suspect they are expecting a bounce back week. Going to be difficult with a hurt Maclin and Jackson.

Maclin is 5X more valuable IMO than Jackson. He can actually run a route. If Maclin sits I'm likely sitting Vick for Eli

Hearing both DeSean and Maclin had good days of work today and are likely to play Sunday for Iggles.

I think our boy Vick has become a headcase.. someone needs to tell him to play and not think! Avant might be a good option if one or both WR's don't suit up.
