Would you drop someone (and who) below to add Will Fuller, even though I already own D. Hopkins?

Current team:
QB: Luck, Stafford

RB: D. Martin, D. Williams, Forsett, T. Coleman, T. Rawls

WR: D. Hopkins, Allen Robinson, M. Floyd, G. Tate, J. Gordon

TE: Ertz, Allen

If Fuller is better than some players on your roster then yes.  Owning Hopkins shouldn't be a factor in your decision.

You can drop Forsett.  I wouldn't drop Tate though, we've seen him be productive in that offense before...rough start to the season, but not drop-worthy IMO
