I think that is a bizarre enough pairing of WRs with absolutely no relation between them that this is a poorly disguised team management question.

But, hey, that's me.

McCardell's value is limited this year. His biggest strength as a fantasy player last year were his nine touchdowns. He was a favorite target in the red zone (behind only Gates).

This year, he is often not even on the field in the red zone. The Chargers have been subbing the 6'5" guys in for McCardell and Parker.

I think McCardell will still be good for around 800 yards this year (although he is currently on pace for only 570), but he will probably drop way down in the TD department.

I could have made two individual postings looking to inquire about the value of each one. Yes, I am pondering a pick up of one or the other and seek genuine feedback on each in trying to make that decision. I think most people who post "let's talk about" or "moving forward" are essentially seeking managment help questions. I just decided to kill two birds with one stone to seek legitimate feedback on these guys...
