I don't get it. Why is everyone picking on him being religious? Many NFL players are and noone gives them nicknames about that. The other 'Jesus' nicknames (which I find offensive) at least don't poke fun at their spirituality. Why is it so wrong for him to be religious and trying to live a moral life? If he were any other religion, I highly doubt anyone would give him a nickname related to that fearing any backlash.

I don't think it's a jab at his religion...moreso how he is perceived by the media and his adoring fans.I think he's a good kid and wish him well.

People hate Tebow for taking a stand with Jesus, he knows this. People hated Jesus too. My guess is, Tebow couldn't care less what a bunch of 9-5 forum crashing GM/Head Coach wanna be's think of him.
