Doug Martin gets a Thursday night home start against the 2nd worst NFL run defense New England Patriots while Abdullah gets a home start against Carolina.
Will Martin be eased into the line-up and we see a share for 1st & 2nd down rushes with Jaquizz ?
Abdullah should get the majority of early down & goal line duty for the Lions but he did sprain his lower ankle and sat out the majority of the 4th qtr. Reports say he's
fine but could it be something that could easily get re-injured ?
I think Abdullah would be the safe play but Martin could be the swing for the fences play.
Opinions would be appreciated.
