Chief Federal Boobie Inspector?  I can't stress how important this position will be in providing visual information during my breaks from Syrim II and stuff.

You have the ability to appoint lots of czars.  There are a lot of important things for czars to oversee and spearhead.

We'd save so much money with you holed up in the White House playing video games instead of taking golf expeditions.

 
The Kardasians if they aired it as a reality show.  Trump has really missed an opportunity there for really bigly ratings.  

 
Or, Rand Paul as head of NSA. Settle for that. I have a litany. Sufjan Stevens as copyright intern to the LoC; weird stuff like that.

Larry Lessig as head of Fair Use LoC copyright interpretation and restatements.

One of the most respected CEO's in the US, known for creating an entrepeneurial company and being a great leader. A large percentage of their revenue is generated in the US. A great business leader I think could be extremely succussful running the country and Smith has make up to be that person.
