Drafters Remorse (1 Viewer)

The obvious answer here is LT, and I'm surprised he hasn't even been mentioned. I know people expect him to do better (which is pretty much a given), but through two weeks he has been very underwhelming. He has 68 rushing yards and a 1.9 ypc.
His week 1 was actually pretty good fantasy wise after his TD pass and run or he would be on everyones list I'm sure.

QB- Brees- does not look like the same team or QBRB- SJ- drafted him 3rd over all :banned: MJD- drafted in the 3rd  WRs- Evan- drafted him in the 4th, has got me 1 FF Points in 2 games
For me believe it or not...LT if he just ran a few more yards would of been 2-0 instead of 0-2, thats in 2 leagues also
Not as bad off, but 4 more yards in week 1 would make me 2-0 instead of 1-1 while leading the league in points.

He was the unviersal #1 pick and currently ranks as the 18th best RB and 49th most valuable player. MJD may actually be worse, but he was not the #1 overall pick.

Lee Evans-going to the bench this week and is sure to go off.
Don't do it dude. If you bench Evans, he will go off for 150 and 2-3 scores, and you will feel like getting hit by a train.Evans - why oh why must I draft you every year? :excited:

Busts of the draft after two whole weeks :excited: :

RB: SJ, LJ, Maroney, MJD, Ronnie Brown

Biggest so far: Reggie Bush and Deuce (Nice sleeper)

WR: Lee Evans is about it.

TE: I present you with VD

Can we consider Tatum Bell a bust yet? Thought KJ would be on the PUP and out for a while, and now it sounds like he'll be getting carries in week 3.

That is one way of looking at it. The other would be he really only let you down 1 of 2 weeks so far. Many other guys have let you down 2 of 2 weeks. I'm certainly no LT apologist. Many might say I'm a pretty big critic.

Biggest remorse?

Not even considering Randy Moss and letting someone else "draft him too high because of his name." :excited:

My point was that there are some guys that have done more in one game getting tagged as busts that have done as much as LT in two. What's saving LT is that very few people think he will continue to only get 34 rushing yards a game.So I guess this is a dual timeline thread . . . the question says biggest bust so far, but the implication is who may continue to be a bust.

How bout my fearless squad here:

1.2 SJax

2.11 Brady (Only bright star I have)

3.2 MJD

4.11 L. Evans

6 pt TD / 3 pt 75 Rush or 75 Recv. I only have TDs from Brady, everyone else is the big zero as they haven't even hit the yardage goals yet.

evans is an interesting guy to own. i had him all of last year and he ended up being a top 10 WR, but during the season it was tough to view him that way. honestly, i always had a tough time deciding between him, santana and hines. even as his owner, i was somewhat surprised to see where his final #s ranked him. luckily, i did have him in on some of his monster weeks, but he was surprisingly mediocre for a top 10 WR for most weeks. i do love him, though and think he can become more consistent at some point (although i don't own him anymore)

same here. I loved Moss' 2007 potential after I saw that the Pats had acquired him. Then every single "fantasy expert" on the planet completely buried him, and I lost my conviction. Shame on me.and oops.

In a 5 Keeper (10 team) league (thus the top 50 players are already off the board, excluding Rookies), I had pick 1.02 and tossed a coin between Marshawn Lynch and Brandon Jacobs (AP taken 1.01).

I went with Jacobs.

Luckily for me, I also snagged Jamal Lewis with pick 2.07.

10 team 2 QB league with 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE and 1 Flex

#2 over all

Drafted S Jax than MJD.

I am lucky I have record of 1 - 1

I listened to too many people on this board that told me to not pick Moss with my 4th rounder and so I went with the safe Hines Ward

And Moss got picked up in that round by the guy who had Steve Smith and Chad Johnson too .... in a PPR league

Jackson and McNabb are hurting me in one, my other league has yet to see a standout performance by ANY player.

I'm 1-1 in both though, and it's way too early to panic. Both of those guys will come around.

So far, so good in my main league. While I did get them real late, Julius Jones and Deshaun Foster have been big turds.

Not to be cocky but I don't have too many regrets honestly. I really like both of my drafts. In retrospect I probably should have taken KW2 over Cooley but that's hasn't hurt me too bad yet. I probably shouldn't have underestimated Lamont Jordan either.

Brees (was a keeper), MJD in two leagues, as well as B Jacobs...

Larry Johnson and Ronnie Brown.

I think LJ will be OK, but I'm pretty sure Cameron is trying to ruin Brown's career.

MOJO is killing me in the 3 out of 4 leagues I have him in....
Stop with the stupid nicknames & abbreviations people.I am still not entirely certain whom you are referring too, I will guess it is Maurice Jones Drew or MJD if you must but "MOJO"?Please stop.

Oh, I'm sorry I meant C-Ben and R W.
I think the correct term would be R-Dub. No need to get all fancy-schmancy.

Man, that is funny. No lie, I also passed on Moss to pick up Hines Ward. And he ended up going to the team with S. Smith and TJ Housh in a 1 ppr league. That is really odd.

4 keeper league, kept Reggie Brown and dropped Randy Moss...

  :bag:

In my defense, both this site and one other had Reggie ranked higher both for this year and in dynasty rankings..

Thanks FBG!
